Alrima Group is a vertically integrated real estate investment group focused on acquiring and enhancing undervalued residential, commercial or mixed use assets in very select parts of central London. By being in control and managing the whole process, from acquisition to property management once let, we achieve superior returns on invested capital.

The underlying strategy is simple: we acquire undervalued assets where there is either substantial opportunity for increased square footage or possible change of use, or a combination of both. We do not invest in assets where only cosmetic or marginal improvements are possible.
